The Docket
Anyone can ask. The queue decides what gets asked first.
Free to propose, free to vote, free to read. A proposal is not a wish — it is a finished letter: agency, records sought, date range, justification, fee-waiver argument. When it reaches quorum, Aletheca files it and it is tracked in public like any other request.
Campaigns
A campaign is a set of requests filed in sequence, so that each release tells the next one what to ask for. Funding a campaign spreads across its requests as each becomes fileable.
The AARO resolution record
Everything AARO has decided, and the paper it decided it on. Eleven requests, filed in sequence so each release tells the next one what to ask for.

In editorial review
Every proposal passes a human gate before it can take money. The gate checks the refusal policy, whether the records have already been released, and whether the letter is actually filable as written.

Refused at review
Refusals stay on the Docket with their reason attached. A refusal policy applied invisibly is just editorial preference — the policy is published.
Refused at reviewPRP-2026-0298FBI
Targets a private individual by name. FOIA's own privacy exemptions exist for this reason, and a crowd-funded queue pointed at a named private person is a harassment machine with a civic vocabulary. Public officials acting in their official capacity are a different matter and remain in scope.
