PRP-2026-0311AAROProposed August 2, 2026 by L. Arroyo

The full list of AARO cases recorded as unresolved, with case numbers

The records sought

A list of all cases in AARO's case-management system carrying a resolution status of unresolved or insufficient data as of the date of processing, including case number, date of incident and reporting service.

Why it matters

AARO publishes counts. It has never published the list. A list of case numbers is a finding aid for every request that follows it, which makes this the highest-leverage single request on the Docket.

How it will be filed

The default for most federal components and a great many state bodies. Sent from a per-request alias so every reply routes itself, with delivery and fetch events recorded.

All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office answers in a median of 214 days against a statutory 20 business days, and releases something 41% of the time — full scorecard.
